Driving Tommy Fury Around Ohrid with Taxi Blitz

Some drives become stories you never forget — and this was definitely one of them.

During his stay in Ohrid, Tommy Fury chose Taxi Blitz for his transportation and local guidance around the city. From the very first ride, the goal was simple: make sure he experiences Ohrid the right way — beyond the tourist spots.

Over the next few days, I was escorting him across Ohrid and nearby locations, helping him discover the best restaurants, beach clubs, viewpoints, bars, and hidden places locals actually enjoy. Whether it was a relaxing morning drive along the lake, finding a great place for lunch with a view, or recommending nightlife spots for the evening, every day was different.

We visited some of the most beautiful beaches around Lake Ohrid, enjoyed scenic rides through the old parts of the city, and stopped at several popular summer locations where the atmosphere was perfect. Tommy was very relaxed, friendly, and genuinely interested in experiencing Ohrid like a local.

One of the best parts of the experience was introducing him to the local food scene. From traditional Macedonian restaurants to modern lakeside spots, I made sure he got the full Ohrid experience. In the evenings, I also suggested some of the best bars and clubs in town so he could enjoy the nightlife atmosphere Ohrid is known for during summer.

Moments like this remind me that Taxi Blitz is not just about transportation — it’s about creating experiences, building trust, and showing visitors the best side of Ohrid through local knowledge and hospitality.
